Leadership Training Overview
Leadership training equips individuals to guide, influence, and serve others with clarity and purpose. It focuses on developing skills such as communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, and vision casting. More than just strategies, effective leadership training also shapes character—helping leaders grow in integrity, humility, and resilience. The goal is not only to achieve organizational or ministry objectives but also to cultivate trust, inspire growth in others, and model servant leadership.
What God Requires of Leaders
From a biblical perspective, leadership is a calling marked by responsibility and accountability before God. Scripture emphasizes that leaders are stewards, not owners, of the people they guide (1 Peter 5:2–3). God requires leaders to:

Walk in integrity (Proverbs 11:3) – making choices aligned with truth and righteousness.

Serve with humility (Mark 10:42–45) – putting others before self and leading by example.

Seek wisdom and discernment (James 1:5) – depending on God for guidance.

Be faithful and accountable (Hebrews 13:17) – understanding that leadership is stewardship.

Shepherd with love and care (John 21:15–17) – nurturing and protecting those entrusted to them.

Ultimately, God requires leaders to reflect Christ—the perfect model of servant leadership—so that their influence builds people up, honors God, and advances His Kingdom.

I knew I was "peculiar" and God would show me dreams, visions or give people a word of knowledge throughout the years, but didn't quite know how to pin point it and acknowledge with it really was and let alone know the difference between the office of the Prophet and having the gift of prophecy! I don't know if I had this "false humility" or because of a "false representation or arrogance that many carried with the office. I'm learning to accept it ...be bold in it and walk in that authority and anointing from God!

I read my Bible daily and I know the Lord but this training went more in depth on the Bible and what it means to be prophetic vs a Prophet. Also, I really enjoyed doing the prophetic gift assessment. I knew most of my gifts but some were new to me.
